Mann Ki Baat: The youth of the country do not like racism, familyism - PM Modi

New delhi date. 29 December 2019 Sunday

PM Narendra Modi wishes New Year to the countrymen in the 60th episode of Mann Ki Baat. He said we are about to enter the third decade of the 21st century.

PM Modi said 2019 is the moment for us to depart, now we will not only enter the new year but also enter the new decade. These will play an active role in accelerating the development of the country, who were born in the 21st century.

PM Modi said that these decades would belong to the youth of India. The youths of the country hate chaos. Young people hate chaos. Disgusting, they are upset about the chaos.

They do not like disorder like racism, familyism. India's youth is far from self-sufficient. On this occasion, PM Modi also remembered Swami Vivekananda and said that Swamiji was saying that his faith was in the younger generation.

PM said, Swami Vivekanandaji was saying that the cost of youth can not be calculated. They are the most valuable period of life. Your life depends on how you use your youth.

The Prime Minister said, I am confident that in India these decades will not only be for the development of the youth but with the potential of the youth the country will prove to be flourishing. The younger generation has a huge role to play in modernizing India.

PM Modi said, on August 15, Lalkila had urged the countrymen to buy local produce with the countrymen. Today, again my advice is, can we promote locally made products? What can make them a place to buy?
