Excellent cure for 'mob lynching' for rapists

Appeal to the public to ask questions and answer even what the government has done to protect women's safety

AIADM MPs enraged in Parliament, demanding hanging of rapists before 31st

'Congress rapes most rapes, women's security becomes top priority if BJP government comes'

Narendra Modi's statement in 2014

New delhi date. December 2, 2019, Monday

Naradhamo burned her alive after raping a woman doctor in Telangana. The impact of the incident is being seen all over the country, and protests have begun inside and outside Parliament and questions have been raised over the government's claim on women's safety. Parliamentarian Jaya Bachchan had demanded that rape killers should be handed over to a crowd of people so that justice would be given to the victim quickly.

All the leaders raised above party politics have demanded that the rape accused be punished with immediate punishment. Meanwhile the curtains of the incident are falling all over the country and people are demanding immediate execution of the perpetrators. Amidst this scenario, there are now reports that the kind of protests that took place during the Nirbhaya scandal have begun in the country.

Thousands of people gathered at Delhi's Jantar Mantar to pay tribute to the victim and to put pressure on the government to stop the rap incident. In addition, several major cities and universities like Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and universities have witnessed intense protests demanding women's protection in which thousands of people have gathered.

At the same time, MPs demanded speedy justice and harsh punishment by amending the law. While the matter was under discussion in the Rajya Sabha, Bollywood actress and Sanjay Jaya Bachchan was outraged, Jaya Bachchan wept when the Nirbhaya scandal broke out in 2012,

This time, he demanded that the rapists should be handed over to the people immediately if they could not be punished. On the other hand, women MP of AIADMK Vijila Satyanand was extremely emotional during the debate and expressed her pain at the time and said that India was not safe for the Betis in this country.

On the other hand, the government has given assurance to the MPs with strict law that the government is ready to make a strict law whatever the Parliament says. Rajnath Singh said that no matter how strict the law is, we are fully prepared for it.

And if the matter needs to be discussed in Parliament, the government is ready for that too. While the debate was going on, Jaya Bachchan could not stop herself and said that I have no idea how many times we will be discussing such issues in Parliament.

Hyderabad, Nirbhaya, Kathua happened, I think the government should have questions on this issue and there should be answers. Why is there still no strict action against the perpetrators of this crime, and why the victim and her family have not received justice yet?

Thousands of people have been performing black bars on Jantar Mantar, in addition to this, the fear of occupation on social media was trending. Amrita Dhawan, who organized the protest, said that the perpetrators of Nirbhaya are still imprisoned and why are they not being hanged?

Our judicial system is such that the victim is not getting justice quickly. Criminals are resting in prison, getting food and sleeping peacefully. On the other hand, there are families of many victims like Nirbhaya who are not getting enough sleep even today.

It is advisable to report home before leaving

Hyderabad police extended bond for women instead of protecting them

The police night patrol team would have acted swiftly if it had not occurred to the woman doctor.

New delhi date. December 2, 2019, Monday

After the rape of a female doctor, the murder of her not only in Hyderabad but also across the country has angered people. Amidst all this, a Hyderabad police advisory has increased the fury among the people.

Hyderabad police have been working to provide security to women rather than strengthen their security system. Hyderabad police have issued an advisory showing the women ways to deal with the problems facing the road and have tried to escape their responsibilities. The advisory asked the women to share a photo plate of the number of the vehicle they are traveling in.

Apart from this, it is advisable to inform the house before going anywhere, to know its route before going to an unknown place, to wait for the car in the crowded road, to stand at a shop if there is no one on the road and to shout if someone gets in trouble. However, as the police are there to protect the people, there is no need to hesitate to seek their help at any time.

Why is the country's system working nightly for political gains?

The President, the Supreme Court, the Central Government speaks of a record of working late at night, but remember that night worked once to stop rape?

When the political melodrama was going on in Maharashtra, suddenly the entire government system from Delhi to the state was burning late at night. The Supreme Court held the hearing this night while the political drama of Karnataka was underway. When will such an urgent action be taken in our country to stop rape? Maharashtra's example is very fresh.

The central government gets a cabinet seat at midnight, approves the proposal of the presidential cabinet at midnight and orders the governor to remove the presidential rule from the state. The Governor also swore the Chief Minister's oath when the citizens of the country are sleeping. The Supreme Court also heard the midnight hearing in May 2018 when there was a dramatic rise in Karnataka politics.

For the first time in the history of India, it was the first time that any political matter was ever heard overnight. The judiciary thought it could not direct the government on its own, but would such an application still be possible overnight in the country?

Will there be a day when suddenly the eyes of the country are opened and the news of a decision that gives the women of the country a breath of comfort, relief, security? Citizens across the country will be convinced that the system has actually worked, if there is an injunction, a government notification goes out, a verdict that gives women across the country a sense of security.

For the protection of women, whether the government has awakened at midnight, sent a proposal to the President to stop the rape, the President has approved the proposal immediately, or there has been no case in the country whether the Supreme Court has been heard at midnight!

The judiciary works very efficiently to ensure that the innocent are not punished. All the evidence, why is the accused not immediately sentenced when the case is strong? The government sleeping in Kumbhakarna's sleep now needs to wake up to protect women.
