Debate that the Center will bring the Equal Citizens Act, NRC and 'One Country One Election' Act

New delhi date. December 19, 2019, Thursday

Of the important things that were in the BJP manifesto, three - Article-370, Triple Divorce and Citizenship Bill issues were completed. Now the government will look to bring the NRC, one country one election and the Equal Rights Act. All these sensitive issues will be debatable in the country.

From the important promises made by the BJP in the 2014 and 2019 election manifestos, the promises of triple talaq, Article-370, citizenship reform bill have been fulfilled. Citizenship reform bill rallies across the country.

The government claims to be all right in Kashmir with Article-370. The Ram temple was an important issue, but after the Supreme Judgment, the way to build the Ram Temple has already been paved. The government's focus is on the next issues of the manifesto. The Uniform Civil Code was an important election promise of the BJP.

This complicated topic has always been a topic of discussion. The central government has indicated more than once that it is working in that direction. Another issue is the NRC, the National Registry of Citizens of India. The BJP had announced in the manifesto to bring a law to curb illegal intruders.

The Home Minister made a recent statement on the NRC issue and indicated that the law would be brought back. Under this, non-citizens of India will have to leave their compulsory country. This is likely to be most likely in West Bengal, Assam.

Apart from that, Prime Minister Narendra Modi called a country one election, which was also included in the BJP election. The government argues that this will reduce the cost of elections. Under this provision, the government assumes the simultaneous election of the Lok Sabha, the Legislative Assembly and the local administration.

In addition, the government wants to improve the civil service system. The BJP had also said that it would try to keep the people's confidence in the Sabarimala by stopping the panchayat on women entry. Perhaps the government can bring an act in that direction.
