Complaint against Infosys in America for misinforming revenue to show profits higher

According to the complaint, Infosys has made misleading and inaccurate statements to the market and the revenue was shown to be inappropriate for short-term profit maximization.

It is worth mentioning that a similar complaint has been made by the whistleblower in recent months against Infosys and its CEO Salil Parekh. However, the company said after the investigation, that no evidence was found in the complaint. The complaint in the US states that CEO Parekh had omitted the standard Dillon's standard reviews to avoid accounting scrutiny.

The company's finance team was forced to hide the details of these deals, and other accounting matters were concealed from the auditors and other boards of directors of the company. On the basis of these facts, the company's public statements have been false and misleading. The investors were at a loss when the market learned about Infosys, the legal firm said.
