On the road of Kolkata, the monsoon rains rained on currency notes

On a Kolkata road, pedestrians were robbed by the currency notes of Rs 500 and Rs 2,000 on Wednesday.

As soon as the local police were informed, they ran there and removed the crowd and conducted an investigation. Police found interesting details in the investigation.

It was reported that the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence had fallen into the office of a company called Hawk Mercantile Limited, located on the sixth floor of a commercial building on Kolkata's Banting Street. So the employees of the panicked company started throwing down the currency notes of Rs 1 lakh from the window of the bathroom.

There was robbery among pedestrians for taking these notes. There was a good crowd on the road during the incident, which took place around 2:30 pm on a sunny day, and the crowd was increased as the notes rained down from the window.
