No talks until America guarantees solid results: North Korea

(PTI) Seoul, Ta. November 18, 2019, Monday

US President Donald Trump has signaled yet more talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Twitter, saying North Korea will not hold further meetings with Trump unless a concrete outcome is guaranteed by the United States.

The statement was given by North Korean Foreign Ministry Advisor Kim Ki Gwon. It is worth mentioning that North Korean President Kim Jong-un has given Trump administration time for a nuclear deal by the end of the year.

Trump has hinted at Kim Jong Un for another talks on Twitter, announcing the termination of a joint military drill with South Korea to pursue talks with North Korea.

It is worth mentioning that there have been three summits between North Korea and the United States since June last year, but the three meetings have not shown any tangible results and there has been no significant improvement in the relations between the two countries.

North Korea has also stated that it is no longer interested in talks like before, with no tangible results. North Korea has recently conducted frequent missile tests to pressure the United States.
