The Gujarati-origin owner of a local technical training school in San Diego confessed to tens of millions of dollars in benefits for education for veterans. He cheated $ 2.9 million with the US Department of Veterans Affairs.

Blue Star Learning School owner 36-year-old Nimesh Shah confessed to over $ 2.9 million in G-One bills created by the Department of Veterans Affairs after 9:11.

The US government had to lose 1.1 million and 1.8 million of tuition fees and housing and other miscellaneous expenses due to fraud by Nimesh Shah. Nimsh Shah's wife Nidhi Shah was also a partner in the crime. He, too, admitted cheating to avoid major punishment. He made false statements. During his interview, the agent gave very wrong answers.

According to Shah's confession, from March 2016 to June 2019, he conspired to take advantage of the post 9-11 G-1 bill, which included his wife's fund.

Shah was well aware that he had about 100 percent attendance at the training school, though he had repeatedly told federal agencies that all the rules were implemented by his center, which was totally wrong.

He wrote that at least 15 percent more money should be obtained for each non-proficient course. He raised ghost students for non-Veterans and also created his name, address, his birth certificate, security number, phone number and e-mail from everyone.

He also introduced that all the students in my training school are employed in information technology and technical institutes. In the presentation made by Shah, the fake identities and documents of all were prepared and sent to the government. In addition, Shah also created 30 ghost companies in which senior people are employed.
