Law experts on Kulbhushan will take an opinion: PAK. Army

Lahore, Ta. November 13, 2019, Thursday

Pakistan did not execute Indian civilian and former Navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav. The International Court of Justice ruled against Pakistan and in favor of India.

In the meantime, a statement issued by the Pakistan Army said that Pakistan was investigating all kinds of legal aspects which would be followed by a final decision.

Crop. Army spokesman Ghafoor said there were several flaws in the judgment given by the International Court on Kulbhushan Jadhav. And we are also discussing it with law experts right now.

49-year-old Jadhav, who has been imprisoned in Pakistan for many years, was arrested and charged with espionage and later sentenced to death, which was challenged by an international court in India where India has won. So now the case will be reopened in the Pakistani court and a fresh trial will begin.
