Indian citizen accused of cheating with computer system in America

An Indian citizen was accused of cheating on a computer system in America. If the allegation is proved in court, then an Indian citizen named Peacock Rayle could face up to five years in prison. The court was told that there was a disturbance in the 5th.

An Indian citizen working in the United States has been accused of cheating. Two Indians accused of computer system fraud and abuse have been charged by an Indian named Mayur Riley. An indictment was filed in Manhattan Court alleging that Mayor Riley was a senior manager at a US-based international company.

A New York attorney said Peacock faces two charges. This will prove to be punishable by up to 5 years. Raleigh was arrested and produced in court demanding further action and inquiries.

According to the complaint, there have been various allegations against the Indian citizen in addition to cheating and deleting the data file from the company's server. It was also alleged that the accused had deliberately downloaded ransomware to damage the computer system.

According to the chargesheet presented in the court, the accused tried to remove the history, such as logs, to hide all his computer activity. It was also alleged that the sale had caused a huge loss in the company's sales. In view of all these allegations, the New York District Attorney sought the maximum sentence for the accused.
