Hot arguments being made in the Supreme Court on the issue of Maharashtra

Maharashtra political court hearing began before a three-judge bench in the Supreme Court this morning.

BJP lawyer Mukul Rohatgi said, "We have a majority." We are ready to prove a majority anytime. Ajit Pawar's letter to the Governor is correct. The majority should not be ordered to prove today,

The Supreme Court immediately questioned that if you have a majority, then where is the objection to proving a majority today?

Senior Congress leader and passionate lawmaker Kapil Sibal, quoting the rule, said that a majority must be awarded within twenty-four hours after the swearing-in. The majority should be proven today.

Kapil Sibal and Manu Abhishek Singhvi were present on behalf of the Congress. Both of them alleged that Ajit Pawar's letter to the Governor was bogus. Ajit does not consider any NCP MLA leader. He was taken away for lying before the NCP MLAs. The members of the meta section have returned.
