Every employee will get one day's pay: the center will improve the law

The central government wants to implement the One Nation, One Pay Day system. This was given by Union Labor Minister Santosh Gangar on Thursday. He said that one pay day in the country, one country was preparing to implement the policy. He said that a citizen of the country should get his salary or wages on the same day so that people can get their compensation in time.

The minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi hopes that a bill will be introduced in Parliament soon for this, which will be passed if these new rules will be implemented. If these rules are implemented then workers, laborers or salaries will be paid on the same day every month.

We are also going to make some reforms to ensure equal pay for each sector. By doing so, the laborers will receive decent wages and will also be able to meet their daily needs. At present, there are many sectors in which the salaries are very low and people are being hired by paying a nominal salary which will now be reformed.

The minister said the central government was working on implementing the minimum wage code for the safety, health and working condition code (OSH) of workers and other employees at the workplace.

Parliament has already passed the minimum wage law and is currently preparing for its implementation. When OSH was implemented in the Lok Sabha on July 23, 2019.

The minister claimed that since we came to power, we have been trying to reform labor law in a big way. The government is concerned about the human rights of the workers and the workers and the facilities they receive and will be implemented.

It is noteworthy that in many sectors of the country, workers, workers are agitating for minimum wage increase. In the past, many organizations have put their demands before the government. In the midst of this scenario, the government has now ensured that we are working towards achieving the right minimum wage and wages on the same day.
