Bangalore, Ta. November 12, 2019, Tuesday

Infosys, a leading information technology sector company, is once again in contention. Another employee of the company, who has hidden his identity, has been accused of conducting irregularities against the company's CEO, Salil Parekh, and demanded action against him.

It may be recalled that a few days ago, other employees of the company made similar allegations against the CEO in a petition made to hide their identity.

The employee applying today has shown his identity as an employee of the finance department. The letter states that he is making this complaint unanimously.

Giving reasons for hiding his identity, the whistleblower said that because the case was too sensitive, it could lead to retaliation against him.

The letter states that I wanted to point out some facts that might undermine my company's ethics system. As a company employee and shareholder, it is my moral duty to draw your attention to the misconduct posed by the current CEO of the company, Salil Parekh.

The letter states that after the departure of former CEO Vishal Sikka, the company had stated in clear terms when selecting the new CEO that the position would be for Bengaluru. Parekh has been working in Mumbai for a year and eight months as CEO of the company. They are thus violating the basic conditions laid down at the CEO.

The complaint has been made to the chairman of the company, the independent directors of the Infosys board and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC). The letter further states that he travels from Mumbai to Bengaluru twice a month and this costs the company Rs 22 lakh.

They reach Bangalore at 1.30 pm from Mumbai twice a month and leave for Mumbai at 2 pm the next day. According to the law, these expenses should be deducted from their salary. Parikh has rented an apartment in Bengaluru to mislead management.

The whistleblower has also claimed that he travels to the United States every month to maintain his green card status. There have been several reports that say that he goes to America but does not visit Infosys clients or offices in the US.

Salil Parikh is in touch with the top US universities and has promised to fund them by misusing the position of CEO of Infosys. They are making such promises to ensure that their children get admission in these universities. The CEO picks up his bonus in April, while other employees get a bonus in July or August.
