Cases of wild animals coming out of the jungle to hunt prey are becoming more and more routine. However, now it is possible that the wild animals are walking as never before.

Two such cases have been reported of tiger voyage. In less than four months, a radio collar in Maharashtra had made a total of 1160 km sailing in 6 districts in two states. So a tiger from Kaziranga Park in Assam made the trek for 450 km.

The tiger, known as C-1, was fitted with a radio collar in February in Maharashtra's Tipeshwar Wildlife Century. Because of this, he could keep track of the trip. By June, the tiger had reeled in six districts in two states, Maharashtra and Telangana.

Tigers can run a lot, but so much, experts were first aware of this tracking. Interestingly during this trip the tiger also passed through many human habitation areas. But since most of the trip was after dark, the tiger did not catch anyone's attention.

A tiger named K-7 from Chamorshi district of Telangana extended his journey to Gadchiroli in Maharashtra. During this trip in October 2017, he covered a total distance of 450 km. He also had a radio collar installed so his foot was eased by the forest department. Earlier last year, a 2-year-old tiger from Maharashtra was reported to have traveled 510 km.

Experts have been impressed with the tiger's ability to rotate and survive in different areas. Because the tiger is a shy animal and under normal circumstances does not leave his area.

On the other hand, there was no collision between tigers and humans during the voyage. Of course, one day during the trip C-1 was suddenly gifted with a villager and suffered minor injuries to the villagers.
