Warning though crops. Failure to prosecute terrorists: FATF

Islamabad, Ta. 9 October 2019 Wednesday

Pakistan is openly helping terrorists in every way. Following that, Pakistan is now keeping an eye on the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). The agency monitors the financial transactions and funding of countries around the world. The agency introduced it to avoid financing Pakistan terrorists, though there are reports that it has little effect on Pakistan.

The agency is scheduled to hold a meeting in Paris on the possibility of multiple sanctions against Pakistan at the crucial ATFT meeting, which begins on the 13th. Which now has days to count. The period of warning issued by the agency to Pakistan is also about to expire.

FATF's Asia Group has said Pakistan has not taken appropriate steps to implement UN Security Council Resolution 1267. He is mildly concerned about UN-sponsored terrorists such as Hafiz Saeed, Masood Azhar and LeT, Jamaat-ud-Dawa, and has not taken any appropriate step. It is noteworthy that the FATF meeting is to be held on October 13-18. There will be a decision on Pakistan on terror funding.

Pakistan is currently on the gray list, and can be blacklisted at any time. FATF is a Paris-based global organization that aims to curb any illicit financial assistance the world is receiving. The organization can now blacklist Pakistan at any time. Now the organization has issued a report saying that we have warned Pakistan about terrorism millions of times, but Pakistan has not taken any action.
