The Tejas Express is delayed for the first time, passengers will be compensated

Tejas Express - is the country's first private train to start from Delhi to Lucknow. Which starts on October 5th. On Saturday, Tejas Express reached Delhi from Lucknow and Lucknow from Delhi.

The train is almost three hours late. So now Tejas Express will compensate each of its passengers. This is the first time in the history of Indian Railways, when its passengers will be compensated for having a train.

On Saturday, Tejas Express departed Lucknow at 8:55 minutes instead of 6:10. So from Delhi at 3:30 instead of 3: 35. The number of passengers traveling from Lucknow to Delhi was 451. So the number of passengers traveling from Delhi to Lucknow was 500.

Now, the train will pay Rs 250 to all these passengers for getting a train. "We have sent a link to all the passengers' mobiles," said Ashwini Srivastava, Chief Regional Manager, Railway Department. From which they will be able to get a refund.

Extra tea coffee was provided to the passengers inside the train. Besides, a message like 'Sorry for Deal' was written on the tea, food and other items given to him. The Railways apologized to the passengers with this message. The train was delayed due to maintenance on the road.

Only when the Tejas Express was launched, the Indian Railways Ministry announced that passengers would be given refunds if the train was delayed. If the train falls one hour late, 100 rupees and more than two hours late, 250 rupees will be paid.
