"I believe in the law of Syria and not of India," he said

Patna, Ta. October 12, 2019, Saturday

Patna, a woman living in New Delhi, had given three talaq to her husband saying that she did not believe in the laws of India. The victim has lodged a complaint with the Bihar State Women's Commission.

Aisha, a resident of New Delhi, has filed a case against her husband in Bihar Women's Commission. Her husband, Imran Khan, was in charge of Syrian law and gave him three talaq.

In this connection, the Shaheenbagh police station in South Okhala, New Delhi, had refused to register a primary complaint so that the victim was returning to his purse. He then appealed to the Patna Women's Commission for help.

Aisha's case was chaired by the Women's Commission five years ago with the approval of both Aisha and Imran's family. After that the two moved to New Delhi and Imran worked in various companies.

A year after their marriage, Imran started harassing Aisha and she was aborted twice because of this. Aisha had fired Ayesha three weeks ago from her house a week ago, and when Aisha said that three divorces were unconstitutional, she replied that Syria's laws apply to Islam.
