Heavy rains in south India, school and college closed

As a result, the Meteorological Department has declared a red alert for two days in Lakshadweep. While orange alert has been declared in six districts of Kerala. Thiruvananthapuram is receiving heavy rains with bright air. Yellow alert has been declared in Thiruvananthapuram, Palakkad district.

According to Skymet's report, some places in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Lakshadweep could receive heavy rains. Heavy rainfall is also expected in Pondicherry, Karaikal, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The news agency has said that in view of the alerts announced due to heavy rains, a directive has been issued to close all educational institutions in the six districts of Tamil Nadu till Wednesday. According to a notification issued by the Meteorological Department, the west-central coastal areas of the Arabian Sea will receive winds of 170 km / h and heavy rains with thunderstorms. The Meteorological Department has also instructed the fishermen of the area not to go to sea.

It is noteworthy that the cyclone 'Qyar' in the Arabian Sea caused a change in the atmosphere of the coastal states of the Arabian Sea. The cyclone 'Qayyar' was threatened by the swarm of Oman after which another climate change was seen in the Arabian Sea, with another system being activated.
