Haryana Congress declares: electricity free to farmers, free bus service to women, unemployment allowance

The Congress has announced a manifesto in view of the Haryana elections. Accordingly, if the Congress government becomes a farmer, the debt of the farmers will be forgiven in 24 hours. Women will get the benefits of reservation and pension in jobs and free government employment.

Since the Haryana elections, Congress has announced a manifesto. When Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced for women to travel for free, the protesting political parties also advertise for free various facilities when the election comes.

Various advertisements have also been made in the Haryana Congress manifesto. Accordingly, if the Congress government arrives in Haryana, farmers' debt will be forgiven within 24 hours. Up to 75% of the employment will be given to local people in private companies of Haryana. Women will find reserves in private companies jobs. Government bus service will be provided free of cost.

Up to 5100 monthly allowance will be given to widows, divisions and unmarried women. Pregnant women will get an allowance of Rs. 3100 per month from three women to childbirth. Upon purchase of property in the name of women, up to 50% tax will be waived. Farmers will be provided free of cost. Electricity bill up to 300 units will be waived.

The unemployed youths who have a degree will get unemployment allowance. 10,000 were announced to the Post Graduate, while 7,000 to the Graduate were announced in the Congress manifesto. Students from backward classes will also get scholarships ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 annually. The declaration also said that special arrangements would be made to curb drug trafficking.

In announcing the manifesto, Congress claimed that they had included all classes. From the students to the elderly, the Congress statement said that it would be beneficial for all to become the government of the Congress. Voting will be held in Haryana on October 21 and results will be announced on October 24. In the Haryana assembly with 90 members, the BJP got 48 seats in the last election and Congress got 17 seats.
