Private CNG vehicles will not be exempt at this time

"The women who have been carrying children with children under the age of 12 have been exempted from the Odd-Even scheme, which will be implemented in New Delhi from November 4 to 15," Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said.

Unlike the previous exercise, private CNG vehicles will not be exempted at this time. ' Kejriwal added that the decision was taken with regard to the safety of women, adding that the sole woman, the vehicle with all the women and the women with children under the age of twelve will be exempted.

Speaking on the change made for CNG vehicles, Kejriwal said, "In the earlier odd-even scheme, we exempted CNG vehicles. But we did find that CNG stickers used on vehicles to escape the scheme were sold and misused by some in the black market.

As a result, the purpose of the entire scheme was to be killed. "The decision on whether to release the two-wheeled vehicles has not yet been decided, we are seeking the advice of experts," he added.

"Two-wheeler vehicles pollute the air. We believe that they should not be exempted in the Odd-Even scheme. But considering the number of dual vehicles in the city in Delhi, it is practically impossible to exclude half of them. Delhi does not have enough capacity in public transport. 'He said.

Stating that the government is trying to resolve any of these contradictions, he added, "We are in discussions with experts on staggering office hours on this issue. Regarding the penalties imposed on vehicles, he said no decision has been taken on the issue yet. It is worth mentioning that the fine was Rs. But this time the fine can be up to twenty thousand rupees.
