Britain and European Union ratify Brexit: pending approval in Parliament

(PTI) London, October 17, 2019, Thursday

Britain and the European Union announced today that on October 31 from the economic bloc of 28 member countries, Britain had agreed to depart with a new Brexit.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson extended the agreement as a "great new agreement", while European Union President Jean-Claude Juncker called the agreement a "just and balanced agreement".

At a meeting in Brussels, he recommended the member countries ratify the agreement. However, its future will remain until the new agreement is passed in Britain's parliament.

Now it remains to be seen if Johnson has the number of MPs to ratify the bill? Thus, the Irish Democratic Unionist Party will have to face open rebellion with the support of the Conservative Party government in the House. '

We have a very good new agreement which will take control back, "he said. In a conversation with journalists who met Junker in Brussels last year, he appealed to British MPs to come along and accept this new agreement.

He said, "Now is the time for us to have Brexit and now we have come together to build the future of the great country."

I think this partnership will prove to be a positive one for both the UK and the European Union '. Junker tweeted, "Where there is a will, there is agreement". It was our wish.

"This agreement is very regulated and justified for both Britain and the European Union. It is a sign of our commitment to resolve the problems," he said.

In a letter to European Council President Donald Tusk recommending the agreement, Juncker wrote that "the time to complete the departure process and to move on smoothly is now over. It is also time to discuss the EU's future partnership with Britain."
