Ayodhya case: 17 Oct. The court urges them to finish arguments by then

(PTI) New Delhi, Ta. 4 October 2019, Friday

The Supreme Court has changed the deadline for completing the Ram Janmabhoomi case. According to a new court order, all three parties will have to complete their arguments by October 17.

It is worth mentioning that the Supreme Court had earlier urged all parties to complete arguments by October 18. The court has given this new date on the 37th day of the Ayodhya case hearing.

On Friday, Muslim Party lawyer Rajiv Dhawan submitted arguments. He claims that his arguments will be finalized by October 14th.

Rajiv Dhawan argued that the Hindu parties accuse Babar that he had demolished the temple and built a mosque, but Babar was not a destroyer. The mosque was built by Mir Baqi at the behest of a Sufi saint. The sectarian divide has been blamed only on Muslims, but it also applies to Hindus when they demolished the Babri Masjid.

Justices Bobde of the bench told the Muslim party, "We have heard that Allah is worshiped in Islam, not anything. We want to know if any organization has respected the mosque? Because only Allah comes to be respected. The Muslim party could not provide a satisfactory answer. Rajiv Dhawan said that we pay five times in the name of Allah only in the mosque.
