A nephew who grabbed a purse from PM Modi's nephew was arrested

Delhi Police have arrested an accused from the Badwani village of Sonipat in Haryana in the 24 hours after the scandal abducted by PM Modi's nephew Damayantibanenu's purse.

The incident was blamed on Delhi Police yesterday.

Police had earlier raided the accused where he was staying in Delhi. He escaped. He reached Sonipat chasing the police. From where he was arrested. He has also been found in a purse.

According to police, the CCTV footage identified the accused and the police have been searching for him ever since. Police say another accused will be arrested soon.

PM Modi's brother's daughter Damayantiben returned from Amritsar on Saturday morning.

Arriving at the railway station, he went to the Gujarat Samaj Bhavan. At the gate of Damayantiban, the auto rickshaw was dropped off and two persons on the scooter flipped their purses. There were cash in his purse along with other documents. Money and two mobiles were also in the purse.
