Speaking at a program organized by Mughal ruler and thinker Dara Shikoh, Joint General Secretary of the RSS, Krishna Gopal, questioned, "Why are Muslims fearing India for 600 years and having a population of 16 to 17 million in the country?"
He said that if there is any fear, there should be a discussion to remove it. In India, no one wants to be sad.
He quoted an article saying that the population of Parsis in the country is only 50000, 45 lakhs of Jains, about 90 lakhs of Buddhists but these minorities are not afraid. Have you ever heard that Parsis or Jains are scared? The Muslim population is about 17 million. Which they are afraid of is a big question. Why did the society that ruled 600 years get scared? The rest of India has adopted all the people. This country has never given birth to a divisive policy. The people of India do not want to suffer any pain in Pakistan.
For the Mughal ruler Dara Shikoh, Gopal said that if Aurangzeb was a cruel ruler, Dara Shikoh had the idea of taking everyone together. Had Dara Shikoh ruled India, the Hindus would have understood Islam better.
