No evidence to prove Kashmir case in international court: Pak Lawyer

Islamabad, Ta. September 3, 2019, Tuesday

Pakistan wants to take Kashmir case to international court He has already been hit by this. Pakistan's lawyer in the international court has made it clear that Pakistan does not have the right evidence and documents and the basis for strengthening the case in Kashmir so India can be defeated. Pakistan is trying to raise the Kashmir issue at all levels but it is not getting any success. In the midst of this situation, there are reports that Pakistan has also been hit by international courts.

Pakistan was defeated in the ICJ (International Court of Justice) International Court in the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav earlier, so now Pakistan is not ready for another defeat. In the International Court, Pakistan's lawyer Khawar Qureshi said that the Pakistan Genocide Convention on the Kashmir issue could go to international court in 1948. The claim that the convention was divided between India and Pakistan in 1948 after partition. The lawyer said, "If there is a massacre in Kashmir, it is equally necessary for Pakistan to go to international court if there is sufficient evidence."

According to the lawyer, the present situation is that Pakistan does not have enough evidence or support to prove that the genocide in Kashmir has occurred, so it is difficult to take the case to international court. Pakistan is hitting the airwaves to spread the Kashmir issue internationally, though countries like Russia, the US, Britain, France have supported India, not Pakistan. At the UN Security Council meeting, 14 countries supported India on Kashmir, while Pakistan supported China only. Yet Pakistan is not ready to repatriate. Earlier, Pakistan's prime ministers and ministers have claimed that we will take the matter to the international court as well, though his lawyer has put down his weapons before Pakistan goes to court for this.
