NASA prepared to work with ISRO on a solar system

(PTI) Washington, Ta. September 8, 2019, Sunday

Praising ISRO's Chandrayan-1 mission, NASA said India's lunar mission is inspiring for American space organizations and is keen to work jointly with ISRO on the solar system.

NASA's preparedness is very important for ISRO, despite the historic attempt of Vikram Lander's soft landing at the moon's south pole to hit the Chandrayaan-1 mission.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) said in a tweet that the field of space is very difficult. ISRO's attempt at the Chandrayaan-2 mission at the South Pole of the Moon is laudable.

Your tour of the Chandrayaan mission has inspired us and we look forward to finding future opportunities on the Solar System with you. Even a senior Trump administration official praised ISRO's efforts as "unprecedented", praising India's Chandrayan-1 mission.

Acting Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asia, Alice G. Wells tweeted, "We congratulate ISRO for the unprecedented efforts of Chandrayan-1." This mission is very important to India and it will provide important information for scientific advance. We have no doubt that India will achieve its space ambitions.

Former NASA astronaut Jerry Linninger said the lessons learned from India's adventurous attempt at Chandrayan-1 will help the country move on to its next missions. We are not discouraged by the failure of a record soft landing. The lander had progressed somewhat as planned.

Meanwhile, Pakistani astronaut Nemira Saleem praised India's Chandrayaan-2 mission while criticizing the failure of Vikram Lander's soft landing at Chandrayaan-1 by Pakistani leaders and military spokespersons.

He said that I would like to congratulate ISRO and India for the historic efforts of Soft Landing in the South Pole of Lander Vikram of Chandrayan-1. Chandrayaan-3 mission for South Asia is a long leap in the field of space.

This mission is a matter of pride not only for South Asia but for the space industry around the world. Namira Salim is the first astronaut from Pakistan, who will go into space with Sir Richard Bresnan Virgin Galactic. Sir Richard Bresnan is the first commercial spaceline in the Virgin Galactic world.
