The wargames in Russia will have two modules.

One module will include anti-terrorism operations, how to defeat airstrikes, Reiki operations and self-defense. While the second module will focus more on aggressive operations. The exercise, which lasted two weeks, was named Exercise TSENTR 2019.

Large-scale wargames are organized every year under the annual training program of the Russian Armed Forces. According to a statement issued by the Indian Army, the purpose of wargames is to ensure military security in Central Asia to meet the challenges of international terrorism.

In addition, the TSENTR 2019 strategic studies include assessing the readiness of the troops, equipping them with the most essential capabilities and increasing coordination among the participating countries. This series of wargames continues to change as Russia's four operational strategic commands change.
