People go to a coffee house in Osaka, Japan, to enjoy a special kind of coffee. However, it is not possible for everyone to enjoy this as one cup of coffee is worth thousands of rupees. Yes, it would be strange to know, but a cup of specialty coffee made from 22 year old coffee here is worth 65 thousand rupees. This is the oldest and most expensive coffee in the world. However, the taste of this coffee has become so delicious due to a mistake that it has become famous worldwide.

This coffee house is called Manch House, the only coffee house in the world where fresh two-decade old coffee is served. The owner of the cafe believes he once sold ice coffee. It was stored in the refrigerator to cool the coffee so that it would become faster. But once he forgot to keep the packets of coffee in the fridge. This coffee has been lying there for a year and a half. When he noticed these coffee packets, he prepared the coffee before throwing it away. He had to check what had changed the taste of this coffee.

According to Tanaka, this coffee was worth drinking even after a year and a half. It started to have a different aroma and the taste was different. He then decided that he would store the coffee for years and use it only afterwards. He made a barrel of wood to store the coffee and stored the coffee in it. If he had stored coffee for 10 years, his taste would have been like a syrup. He then stored the coffee for 20 years and then it tasted like alcohol. However, people liked this taste.

Tanaka keeps the coffee beans in a pc and a cloth. Then hot water is poured over it. With this technique it takes 30 minutes for the first drop of coffee to fall. But the flavors that come from this coffee stick to people's beards. This way the coffee's bitterness is removed and it tastes like chocolate and alcohol.

Coffee stored 2 decades ago is extracted from taps in barrels. However, it is not possible for the average person to drink this coffee. But for some taste enthusiasts, this coffee is so popular that it costs thousands of rupees.
