Vadodara: Lack of milk and vegetables, all petrol pumps also closed

In Vadodara, 18 inches of rainfall on Wednesday and then floods in the Vishwamitri river are causing people to scramble for life necessities amidst the waterlogged conditions.

In Vadodara, milk supply has not reached most areas. In some of the areas where milk was available, there was a flurry of people seeking milk. People have also been forced to go for vegetables where prices are being doubled and tripled.

With all the petrol pumps closed in Vadodara city, there has been a shortage of petrol for people in Vadodara.
