Maharashtra: Collision between bus and container: 15 dead

At least fifteen passengers were killed and several others were injured when a passenger bus collided with a container heading to Dhule from Aurangabad in the Dhule district of Maharashtra state on Sunday night.

According to a police spokesman, 35 people suffered minor injuries. The injured were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Many of them were in critical condition. The accident took place near Nimgul village of Dhule. Police were investigating the cause of the accident.
