Home Minister Amit Shah convenes high-level meeting on Jammu and Kashmir situation

New delhi date. Monday 19th August 2019

On the situation of Jammu and Kashmir, the Home Ministry convened a high level meeting chaired by Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday. National Security Advisor Ajit Dobhal and Home Secretary were also present in the meeting.

Officials from IB and RAW were also present at the meeting. The meeting discussed the situation in Jammu and Kashmir. After removing Article 370 from the state, NSA Dobhal traveled to Kashmir. He met with the locals.

The current situation is normal in Jammu and Kashmir. 15 days later, 190 primary schools have been started in Kashmir today. As well as all the government offices in the valley have started functioning from today. The school is still closed to the top 10 standards here. Apart from this, all school colleges have also started in Jammu. There, too, the situation is normal.
