Green card will no longer be given to government beneficiaries: Trump government tightens rules

Washington, Ta. August 12, 2019, Monday

The Trump government's Interior Ministry made an important announcement, saying that the benefits now found in the Public Benefits category for the green card will be reviewed. Citizens with public benefits were able to file a green card claim, which would be tough.

The US Department of Homeland Security issued a notification saying that from now on, the benefits received under public benefits for issuing a green card will be reviewed.

In addition to paying regular taxes in the US under Public Benefits, they could file a green card if they had permanent residency and received a green card in accordance with the Public Benefit Rules.

But for a long time the possibility of changing those rules was being expressed. President Donald Trump has signaled a change. The Home Department finally clarified this with a notification.

It said that the applicant would have to submit it again before the authority. If the applicant does not find it appropriate, he or she may reject the green card application. We have to guarantee that the government program has not been used before.

Green card claims were made using the US health insurance policy, food stamps, etc. All of this provided proof that a foreign citizen applying for a Permanent Resident in the United States had sufficient income. Earlier, the task of rejecting it was a burden to the government officials, but now with this new notification, it will bring many changes.

Now if a government official refuses to do so, it will not be invalid or illegal. The organ was announced in a White House official statement. The government said the new law would add more security to the choice of contenders who want to stay in the United States and that only strong contenders get permanent residence licenses.
