Now the government document can not be saved on Google Drive. The government has given social media policies for government files and employees for the first time taking into account security.

According to the orders issued by the government, employees have refused to use social media on office computers and smartphones. It has been said that unless a formal permission is given to an employee, it can not be used.

The government told the government employees that none of the activities kept confidential by the computer connected to the Internet and save any important file. The ministry said that the secret document will not be saved on Google Drive, Drop Box or iCalat and will not be shared.

If an employee gets caught doing so, the case of leakage of official information will be registered. This rule will also apply to contract employees working in the office.

This guide line has said that all confidential information or documents will be kept in pen drive. The PenDriver will be given from the office, it can only be taken out of the office who has the permission.
