In June, India's exports declined by 9.71 percent to $ 25.01 billion

In June, India's exports declined by 9.71 percent to $ 25.01 billion, according to government figures released. For the first time in eight months, the country's exports have been reduced for the first time.

Exports in June last year were $ 16.6 billion. In September, 2018, exports fell 2.15 percent. The country's total exports declined due to exports of gems and jewelery, engineering items, petroleum products, plastic, handicrafts, radymed garments, chemicals and leather.

The Commerce Ministry said in a statement that ONGC Mangalore Petrochemical Limited has been adversely affecting petroleum products exports from April 17 to June 28. Gold imports in June rose 13% to $ 2.7 billion.
