The Department of Excise and Taxation has sentenced a famous five-star hotel, sending a two-rupee bill to actor Rahul Boss, for violating the CGST Section 3 rule.
After the tweet by actor Rahul Bose that two bananas were found at a five-star hotel in the city, Mandeep Singh Brar, vice-chancellor of the Chandigarh-related department, ordered this chapter to be investigated.
Rahul was staying at a five-star hotel in Chandigarh for the shooting of a film. After exercising at the gym, he ordered two bananas in the hotel. Rahul was shocked at the hotel paying a bribe of Rs 2 for the bananas with the total cost of these bananas. He then revealed the chapter through social media.
