To save future generations from the Great War, the UNO was founded

- The UN General Assembly begins every September 21st

The General Assembly of the United Nations begins today. The conference will be inaugurated with a speech by the President of the United States called First Citizen of the World. Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi Ta. The 9th is the speaker. The significance of this conference is that for the first time since the Corona era, the leaders of the countries of the world will be present in person. The previous conference was becoming a virtual meeting.

The significance of this conference is that: on the one hand, mankind is still fighting against the Corona era. On the other hand, China has been spreading its paws towards the Pacific in the east, Central Asia in the west and Southeast Asian countries in the south. IS (Islamic State caliphate) terrorists and ISIS care are spreading in the Middle East. So there is still a huge fire situation in Afghanistan. The Taliban is also being supported by IS and Pakistan's army.

The United States, Japan, Australia and India have formed a quad against China's spreading claws. When and what will happen, no one can say. Let us know a little bit about UNO at that time, because given the way global events are happening, UNO's contribution is going to be important - even inevitable.

World War II was almost over. The League of Nations, founded in Geneva after World War I, became irrelevant. Therefore, the establishment of a new international organization was becoming inevitable. The then President of the United States, Frankwin Delano Roosevelt, sent letters to 20 of the world's most important nations, urging them to form such an international organization. They also agreed. This circular was prepared at the end of 19. Which was approved at the Yalta Conference held on 19 February. The town of Yalta is located in the Black Sea on the edge of the Crimean peninsula.

It was convenient for Soviet surveyor Joseph Stalin to come here. That is why the heads of the three western nations gathered at that conference. China was not invited to the event. President Roosevelt represented the United States, Vinson Churchill represented Britain, and Joseph Stalin represented the Soviet Union. The three nations accepted President Roosevelt's circular and expressed their readiness to cooperate in the establishment of the UN.

In fact, the name Uno has been in vogue since the 19th century. Beneath it, during the war, the UNRRA (United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation) Administration was formed to provide the people of the bereaved nations with medicine and clothing, as well as food. It was through that that the survey was delivered.

It is only natural that a secretary general should be present for this organization. For that, 9-year-old Elgar Hess, serving in the US State Department, was selected. Hess was a brilliant student at Harvard Law School. His professor, Felix Frankfurt, was a world-renowned scholar. It was he who nominated Elgar Hess (in the United States) for the post of Secretary of State. He went to Yalta with President Roosevelt at the time of the Yalta Conference.

Such a brilliant young man held the position of First Secretary General of UNO.

The formal announcement of the establishment of the UNO was made on May 7 in San Francisco. That occasion is very nicely described by Bonanza Books New York. The 9th menu was that day. It was a warm, sunny morning. From noon the clouds began to cover. The world outside the San Francisco Opera House was beginning when planned-peace. Then suddenly it started to rain. The wet flags of the UN member countries also flew at half-mast. Roosevelt, President Franklin Delano, who gave the idea to UNO and made it a reality, died. After his death, Vice President Truman took over the presidency.

They could not go to San Francisco. He said in his message - Justice is the most powerful force on earth. We bow to that power. On behalf of the Soviet Union, the UN's inaugural message blamed the three countries - the United States, England and France - for world peace. All three powers must take responsibility for building an effective international security system.

This line from the message of the Prime Minister of England Anthony Eden is going to be memorable. He paid tribute to the martyrs of World War II and called for a greater chance of peace for mankind. Numerous youths were martyred. We cannot afford more peace. So we will count those heroes as six.

The UN letter also clarified that from now on, no nation can dominate another nation. In addition, a UN Security Council was formed, with the United States, Britain, France, Russia, and then-Cummington, China becoming permanent members. At Russia's insistence, those permanent members were given veto power.

This marked the beginning of the UNO. It was intervened by 20 countries of the world. Even though India was under British rule, it gained Dominion status (internal administrative independence) and India was one of the signatory nations out of those 30 countries. While Ukraine was in fact a constituent nation of the Soviet Union, in addition to the USSR, Ukraine was also allotted a separate seat in the UN.

In addition to the USSR (Soviet Union), Ukraine was also a signatory to the charter. The preamble of this charter is as follows.

We the peoples of the United Nations determind ...

To save succeeding genrations from the scorge of war, which twice in our life-time has brought untold sorrow to mankind ....

Do here-by establish an international organization to be known as the United Nations.

(The UN headquarters were later relocated to New York. The headquarters and surrounding area are under the authority of the UN Secretary General.)
