6,113 new corona cases in India, active cases at 15-day low

In the last three hours, 4,113 new cases of corona have been reported in India. At the same time, the total number of corona cases in the country has increased to 2,8,06,6. According to figures released by the Union Ministry of Health, the national recovery rate has come down to 7.5 per cent.

However, the death toll from the corona has risen to 6,7,8 so far, with six more people dying from the corona in the last three hours. The number of active cases has come down to 2,09,8. Which is the lowest case in the last 15 days. Which is 0.5% of the total cases. In the last 3 hours, the number of active cases has come down to 206.

In the last 3 hours, a total of 18,19,81 tests were conducted in the country. At the same time, the total number of corona tests in the country so far has increased to 4,50,8,618. The daily positive rate has been 1.6 per cent. Which has been below three per cent for the last three days. While the weekly positive rate has been 4.05 percent. Which has been below three per cent for the last three days.

In the last 3 hours, 4 people have died due to corona. Out of which 3 deaths have occurred in Kerala and 3 deaths in Maharashtra. So far, a total of 2,8,8 people have died in the country due to corona. Out of which, the highest number of deaths is 1,4,6 in Maharashtra.

With this, the number of doses of corona vaccine has crossed 20 million. By 7 pm, more than 3 lakh people had been vaccinated. Meanwhile, the R-value or reproductive number has come down to 0.5. Which was 1.15 in August.
